Black creators were already shaping culture on TikTok. The opportunity was to ensure their influence on the platform could translate into opportunity beyond it.

Together, we partnered with TikTok to build a first-of-its-kind incubator designed to turn creator momentum into long-term creative careers. Through mentorship, industry access and direct investment, the program gave 100 Black creators the tools to grow their platforms, develop original ideas and expand their ambitions beyond social. Ten creators received $50,000 grants and continued support from MACRO to bring projects spanning film, television, music, publishing and more to life.
