When Chase Sapphire wanted to find and connect to their travel-minded cardmembers, we created Sapphire Art Week, Chase’s largest consumer activation. Powered by MACRO, Sapphire Art Week to give cardmembers a new community centered around the trip of a lifetime.

In 2022, we did a nationwide search to find HBCU students who are establishing their careers well before walking the stage. We followed them to learn how they juggle the demands of it all classes, business, college life, and we found so much more. We found inspiration. We found reclamation.

At a moment when corporate training programs are shrinking and advancement pathways are narrowing, we created the MACRO Academy: Marketing Bootcamp to invest in the next generation of brand leadership. By providing critical resources and executive mentorship, we’ve built a network designed to help talent break through ceilings, not just climb ladders.

Through targeted creator partnerships, we embedded Jordan Women’s Apparel into key consumer timelines, driving consideration, conversion, and brand relevance. We shifted creator behavior, establishing Jordan women’s apparel as the preferred canvas for personal style and audience recommendation.

Freaky Tales x Union

Where film culture and streetwear collide to build new audiences.

We partnered with streetwear titan Chris Gibbs, founder of Union Los Angeles, to create a limited-edition capsule celebrating Freaky Tales. This first-of-its-kind collaboration expanded awareness, reached new audiences, and generated strong interest among Union’s loyal tastemakers.

Next Black Millionaires

Taking SheaMoisture off the shelf and onto screens.

We showed SheaMoisture how to turn their social impact campaign into brand love, lift retail sales and social relevance by creating, concepting and producing an original series on Roku called “The Next Black Millionaires”

We partnered with streetwear titan Chris Gibbs, founder of Union Los Angeles, to create a limited-edition capsule celebrating Freaky Tales. This first-of-its-kind collaboration expanded awareness, reached new audiences, and generated strong interest among Union’s loyal tastemakers.

Government Cheese

The only thing better than starting a new show is the ability to binge it.

As season one of Government Cheese wrapped, we teamed up with creators to launch a social-first “binge now” campaign push designed to drive awareness of the show. Across organic and earned creators, content ranged from themed posts and first-episode reactions to spoiler-free breakdowns, inviting audiences not just to talk about the show, but to press play and binge the entire season.
